1. How to book a service?

To book any service, visit our website and pick one of the services you are interested in. You will automatically be matched to the most suitable service provider. Alternatively, you can also call customer support for guidance.

 

2. How to re-book an appointment that worked for me earlier?

Go to the orders tab and re-book the service by looking at your booking history.

 

3. Where to see my order history?

Go to the ‘My Orders’ tab to view your appointment history.

 

4. Where do I give my feedback?

After each booking is complete and payment has been made, you will automatically be prompted to give feedback and rate the service provider.

 

5. In what cities can I avail your services?

We are currently offering services across 2 major cities in Nepal namely Kathmundu and Lalitpur. We are hoping to expand and reach different cities soon.

 

6. Are the service providers professional?

Yes, every service provider completes a series of tests and checks to get the job. We hire people that have high expertise in their related fields.

 

7. What will happen if a service provider misses the appointment?

We make sure another well-matched provider is sent right away.

 

8. How do I make payments?

We accept all kinds of online payments like debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. You can also pay with cash at your doorstep.

 

9. Should I be home at the time of the appointment?

Most definitely. It would be best if you were home around the time of booking. This ensures you can receive the service provider and get the job done hands-on.

 

10. Will the job be done in the estimated time?

More or less, yes. But sometimes, it may take a tad longer for the service provider to complete his job. After all, we believe in quality, and it may take a little more time to achieve that. All we can do is ask you to be a little patient and considerate.

 

11. What currency will I pay in?

All payments are to be made in Nepali rupees. Also make sure all dealings are in the Nepali currency as well.
