1. Access to content on the Website and its services

2. Your information and credentials

2.2 Once the information mentioned above is collected, you will be shown a list of service providers and a list of their estimated costs. You can pick the one you like and book away; this will enable the provider to contact you; they will visit the address given to them, make an inspection and quote the final prices. After this, you can choose whether or not you want to keep going with the deal and complete your transaction.

2.3 You can also choose to directly provide your cell number on the website and wait for a representative to call and collect user information. After this, clause 2.2 will follow.

2.4 once you share your user information, we automatically believe that:

• 2.4.1. User information is accurate and genuine
• 2.4.2 The cell number you share is for your use and is legally registered in your name. You will be contacted by various providers and representatives on the number you provide.
• 2.4.3 you must immediately reach out to us if any unauthorized access is gained to your sim or if there is a chance your user information is or will be misused. You must inform us if you feel that the terms of use will be breached and if there is a security threat.

2.5 Once you give up your user information, it is also automatically agreed that:

• 2.5.1 We will collect, store, and process user data, including the IP address, IMEI number, and MAC address of the computer/device from where the platform was accessed.
• 2.5.2 Use third parties either directly or indirectly to verify the user information.
• 2.5.3 Use your data for promotions

3. Breach of the privacy policy

If the terms of use or privacy policy are breached in any way, we have full right to deactivate, suspend or block particular user accounts. We reserve the right to cancel out any payments made during this time.

4. Transactions

4.1 All transactions are strictly made via third-party apps, and the platform is solely a way to connect a user with one of our home service providers. We cannot and shall not intervene or be allowed to control this. Therefore, we are not what you should look forward to in resolving disputes regarding payments or agreements between you and the service providers.

4.2 We take no responsibility for damage or loss incurred due to any transactions. You are on your own and must act smart once matched with a specific service provider. Do your research and act sensibly when matched up with a provider. Do not make strange commitments and do not pay before availing any services.

4.3 We cannot guarantee hundred percent work or satisfaction regarding the provider you are matched with.

4.4 All screening procedures, verifications, and background checks are done via third parties. We are not responsible for misinformation on the inaccuracy of data regarding this.

4.5 Providers can collect your data through the website to contact you. We do not approve of any harassment or incidents due to this. However, we are not responsible for such damages, as using our platform allows us to pass this information forward.

5. Third parties

Any third-party people or sites are not in our control. We will not take any responsibility for their information misuse or damages.
